INGREDIENTS
2 pounds stewing beef trimmed/ cubed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion chopped
4 bell peppers chopped (orange, green, red, yellow)
1 pound potatoes peeled and cubed
4 carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
4 celery stalks cut into pieces
1 cup baby carrots
1.5 pound Baby Dutch yellow potatoes
24 ounces water
PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 3.5 hours
OVEN TEMPERATURE: 300-310 DEGREES
USE ANY LEAN PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE
